1 Introduction

Welcome to Empyef Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging with our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms govern your use of our services, including custom software, web apps, and mobile app development.

2 Services

Empyef Technologies offers development, design, deployment, and support for custom technology solutions. Projects are defined via separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work (SOW).

3 Engagements & Deliverables

Each engagement will outline:

  • Scope of work
  • Delivery timeline
  • Milestone schedule
  • Payment terms
  • Intellectual property ownership

4 Payment Terms

All fees are specified in the project agreement and quoted in INR or USD.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfers (details provided upon invoice)
  • Razorpay payment links (processed securely through Razorpay)

Invoices are typically raised at project milestones or monthly.

Late payments beyond 14 days may attract a 1.5% monthly interest.

5 Client Obligations

Clients must provide timely approvals, data, access, and feedback. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and budgets.

6 Change Requests

Requests for changes in scope, features, or deadlines may affect the cost and timeline. Such changes must be agreed upon in writing.

7 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the rights to all final deliverables. Empyef retains ownership of any pre-existing code libraries or frameworks used.

8 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless required by law.

9 Warranty & Liability

  • We deliver services with industry-standard care and practices.
  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific engagement.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, revenue loss).

10 Termination

  • Clients may terminate with 30 days' notice.
  • Work completed up to termination will be billed.
  • We may terminate if there's non-cooperation, payment failure, or breach of agreement.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kochi, India. Disputes, if any, will be resolved through good-faith mediation and, if unresolved, arbitration under Indian law.
