1 Scope
This policy governs how cancellations and refunds are handled for our custom software, web, and mobile development services.
2 Cancellations by Client
Advance payments may be partially or fully retained for slot blocking and administrative costs.
- You will be billed for work done up to the cancellation date.
- Any third-party costs or non-refundable expenses will be deducted from any refundable balance.
3 Cancellations by Empyef
We reserve the right to cancel services due to breach of terms, non-cooperation, or non-payment. Refunds will be made only for unused portions of service, if applicable.
4 Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be made within 30 business days.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer or Razorpay).
5 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed work or milestones
- Delays caused by the client
- Feature requests outside initial scope
6 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved first through internal resolution. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to arbitration under the laws of Kochi, India.
